A refund will be issued for any frame that has been damaged in transit and returned at your cost of postage.
I do not accept returns on prints.
I do not offer a refund on an item that has been damaged by yourself trying to repair it or any third party trying to repair it.
I do not offer a refund if you no longer want the item, for example if it’s the wrong colour or size.
Never touch your giclee print with your bare hands. Your skin has natural oils that can damage the surface of the giclee print.
Always frame a giclee print preferably as soon as possible.
Keep your print away from moisture.
Try to protect your print from direct UV rays.
